Recent cases conducted by the firm's lawyers:

• HMRC -v- J. Gara October 2007 Client acquitted after trial at Crown Court, having been accused of defrauding Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs. All legal costs returned back to Client.

• HMRC -v- S. 2007 Proceeds of Crime Act Matter in which Client's monies had been seized whilst travelling to Europe from Stansted airport. HMRC withdrew the proceedings upon reading trial bundle prepared by this firm. Client had monies returned and costs paid.

• R. -v- Sophocleous This was a 'car ringing' case where we were Defence solicitors, the first case in which evidence was taken in a Cypriot Court for trial in the UK.

• R. -v- S. 2008 Case of Obtaining Services by Deception in which client was accused of using forged documents.  Client acquitted.
